Today I'm 6 Months Old

Wow. 6 months. It feels like a lifetime.

Got my first cold this week. It's no big deal really, just have a stuffed up nose.

I've pretty much mastered backwards crawling. I'm really into rocking right now: I'm good at rocking back and forth on my hands and knees, I like rocking in my bouncy chair, and I figured out how to rock the stroller too!

Yesterday, I figured out how to make some new sounds. I think Mommy's excited cause it kinda sounds like her name (ma ma ma ma), but what I'm really saying is ba ba ba ba, because I really like that sheep book she reads to me!

Oh ya! And don't think you can trick me by hiding behind that pillow anymore! I'm on to that game. But go ahead and jump out at me because that's pretty funny - I like to be surprised! And you should see how impressed Daddy is when I track the kitty as she walks over and under and around things - even when she disappears for a bit. Mommy is proud of me because when she asks "Maggie, where's the kitty?" I look around the room for Feta.

Mommy's letting me lick lots of interesting fruits and vegetables. So far I'm not too sure how I feel about them, but I have fun trying!

I still like listening to Robert Munsch tell stories. My favourite toys right now are my razberry teether and my wooden blocks from Aunt Abbi. My favourite outfit is my sleeveless green dress because it keeps me nice and cool when it's so hot outside. I love it when Daddy makes funny noises and makes me laugh.

Ya. I'm a really happy girl. It's pretty great to be 6 months old!
