Our little girl is so grown up! Here's everything I can think of in one sitting...
We call her bear Rupert, but she calls him "Nyanh Nyanh"...can't quite figure out what it means. She's decided she does not like brushing her teeth, so that sucks. She likes to sing and dance and be outside. She has very specific taste in music and it's very obvious when she doesn't like a tune; she does a sort of Stevie Wonder dance and scrunches up her face.
Gramma and Grampa Spencer are visiting and they've taught Maggie how to do the following: fake laugh, say "down" and "mat" (through repeated scolding of Flo the dog), clear her throat and pretend to eat/drink from toy dishes.
Mom is working on getting her to say "poo" (which amuses Maggie like crazy). She's also encouraging her to read as often as possible - will post a video of that soon because it's adorable.
Dad is trying to help her walk down the stairs independently (because she's going to anyway so he may as well assist). He's taught her how to say "Go Canucks Go!" - it sounds like "Nuh! Nuh!"
There's so much more. Feel free to add to this post if you know something that isn't written here!

Maggie loves numbers, on her clothing, on her ball, in her books and even on the RV sites at the park where Grampa and Gramma were staying. She also liked to walk up onto the pad then run down onto the road.
Maggie did a good job overcoming her hesitation to go down the slides alone. She would sit at the top holding onto the edge and slowly allow her body to inch forward until she was almost going, then she would let go. She likes the slide but she is not so sure about that first moment of release.
Maggie is very friendly. In an Ikea she encountered a family with two young boys. The youngest was her age and very shy. The parents began chatting with us and Maggie got friendlier. She moved closer to the little boy then gently touched his upper arms and gave him a slight hug. The parents were impressed but the little boy just ran and hid behind Mom. When the parents commented that is was a very nice thing to do Maggie did her thank you sign which looks like a blown kiss. The parents were doubly impressed. So cute!!!!!
